If using Razer Synapse and Razer products, make sure that your Razer Synapse software/drivers are up to date. If you have not already done so, you will want to make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card and updates for Windows. Make sure your video card meets or exceeds the minimum requirements. Tom's Hardware published a side-by-side comparison for video cards. The only way to resolve that would be an upgrade to your computers hardware.
If your computer does not meet those specifications, you will most likely run into freezing or crashing issues.
Check to make sure that your computer meets the minimum hardware specifications of the game you are playing.
